Saša Leporić

Graduated from Faculty of tourism and hospitality management in 2008. with academic title Master of economics. Her early career started during her faculty education. She has gained experience in hospitality industry, online publishing and banking. Jobs she worked on mostly included direct contact with clients as well as managing teams and work assignments in teams of 30+ members. She has experience of working in multi-cultural environments which has helped her to better understand business protocols in different cultures and to improve her interpersonal skills.

In 2014 she has joined and has participated in developing the company from the very beginning. Working as a senior consultant her job description includes acquisition and contracting, project management, coordinating and follow up on the work of project teams developing and managing different projects, organizing hiring processes, education of new employees as well as providing educational services in cooperation with different education institutions.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family. She likes long walks by the beach and long hiking walks, both music and dance are an important part of her life. Her motivational quote is quite familiar to most people but she made a little twist to it: be the change you want to see in the world and while at it – do try and have a lots of fun.
