Green and digital transformation of company Milla cosmetics LLC
The aim of the project is to strengthen the company's competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets through digitized business processes through ERP systems, energy efficiency and waste reduction using advanced technologies in production and by introducing 3 new process control systems in production -ISO 4001: 2015, Halal, ECOCERT. This will lead to increased sales and expansion of the foreign market to the Middle East, European Union the USA and Canada. The project will contribute to the circular economy reducing waste by using recyclable PET packaging and using eco-detergents during cleaning
